@kalliamanoussaki
I am a neuropsychology lecturer researching gender, trauma, and workplace misconduct.
I seek roles with teaching and/or policy-engaged impact, and collaborative interdisciplinary work that supports publication and public engagement around gender and gender-based violence.
I am a lecturer in psychology with a PhD in neuropsychology and a sustained research record on frontal lobe function, trauma responses, and cognitive inflexibility. I research gender psychology and harmful attitudes—including misogyny, sexual harassment, bullying and rape myth acceptance—and have published, presented at conferences, and provided written evidence to parliamentary inquiries.
I teach across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, supervise research, and have contributed to interdisciplinary curriculum development and training. I co-founded research and advocacy initiatives addressing bullying and harassment in the music industry and run campaigns focused on safety and policy change, translating scholarship into public impact.
