I provide Tier 1/2 IT infrastructure support and systems administration, resolving 10+ infrastructure tickets/week via Jira while meeting SLA deadlines. I administer Active Directory (user provisioning, group policy, access control), manage Snipe-IT asset inventory, reimage endpoints, and maintain AWS Client VPN for secure remote access.
I’m also hands-on with security work—monitoring and investigating endpoint threats with SentinelOne, performing penetration testing and vulnerability assessments using Kali Linux/Ubuntu, and using Wireshark for deep packet inspection and anomaly detection. I like to automate and standardize processes, including a Python tool that uses Jira & Confluence REST APIs to eliminate manual onboarding and reduce human error.
