At the City of Surprise Economic Development Program, I collaborated with city departments on a 20-acre master plan for a new school, ensuring site layouts and infrastructure met city compliance standards. I also used Revit for quantity take-offs and measurements that supported project proposals and cost estimation.
At Granite Construction, I managed RFIs and submittals for projects including the Tri-Cities Airport and Plymouth Weigh Station. My work also included tracking installed materials, preparing change order sketches, and conducting quantity take-offs and material pricing.
