At Forvis Mazars Botswana, I lead audit engagements across industries including diamond manufacturing, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy. I manage the audit cycle from planning through completion in accordance with ISA and IFRS requirements.

I assess risk, review financial statements, and evaluate internal controls to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. I also prepare audit findings and recommendations for management and those charged with governance.

At Ernst & Young Botswana, I executed audit engagements across banking, insurance, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. I participated in planning and risk assessment, and performed substantive and control testing for clients including Absa Bank Botswana.

Earlier, as an Audit Assistant at Mazars Botswana, I supported audits for small to medium-sized enterprises and prepared audit documentation. I also supervised and trained junior auditors, and finalized trust audit reports for submission to Botswana Law Society.
