I’m looking for a role where I can deliver accurate IFRS-compliant reporting and strong tax compliance, while deepening my audit and risk skills. I want a supportive team and real responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a well-rounded, detail-oriented accountant with over 4 years of experience across the finance industry, reputable accounting, and audit environments. I’m currently registered with the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) as a Registered Trainee Accountant.

I thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and bring a proactive, analytical mindset to every task—from capturing and reconciling transactions to preparing accurate financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In my current role, I prepare financial statements using Caseware and ensure timely VAT submissions, including Withholding Tax (WHT) and PAYEE to BURS.

I’ve also supported audit and compliance work through risk-focused planning, examination of financial records using working papers, and clear documentation of findings in management letters. I’ve assessed internal controls to help identify fraud risks, inefficiencies, and areas needing corrective action.

Before focusing fully on accounting and audits, I gained client-facing experience as a financial advisor, conducting KYC procedures and assessing client needs against investment portfolios. I value precision, accountability, and communication—so stakeholders can make informed decisions with confidence.
