At the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment, Government of Odisha, I contributed to agricultural extension activities, farmer outreach, field-level activities and implementation of agricultural initiatives in Athamallik, Angul.
Through the Village Attachment Programme at Singirisan, I interacted with farmers to understand local cropping patterns, farm management and agricultural challenges, and observed crop production and soil and nutrient management.
During my Experience Learning Programme, I gained hands-on exposure to commercial horticulture and apiculture, including crop cultivation, nursery and nutrient management, beekeeping, hive maintenance and honey harvesting.
I hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Agronomy at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS). I also worked as a transcriber of Odia and English for Solvitude Solutions Private Limited.
