At Eguru Solutions LLC, I develop enterprise software supporting retail POS systems, payment processing, inventory management, and business operations. I work with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server, and REST APIs across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
At Terasoft International, I developed and maintained enterprise web applications and integrated REST APIs to automate business processes. I also optimized SQL queries and database objects and supported testing and deployment.
At Amazon, I used Salesforce and internal enterprise applications to manage employee leave cases as a CRC Senior Associate. Earlier, as a Technical Support Associate, I diagnosed issues involving Amazon devices, Prime Video, customer accounts, and digital services, and authored troubleshooting documentation.
I also developed a machine-learning web application for stock-trend prediction and a .NET-based university notification system for real-time SMS notifications. I hold a Master of Science in Applied Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
