Justyna Kolacz

At University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, I work as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in Respiratory and Acute Medicine. I assess and manage patients with acute respiratory, medical and complex conditions in ward and critical care settings.

I deliver evidence-based respiratory physiotherapy, rehabilitation and discharge planning, and work with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes and safe discharge. My clinical work spans areas including Critical Care, Neurology, Stroke Rehabilitation and Oncology Prehabilitation.

Previously, as a Band 5 Physiotherapist at Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, I assessed and treated patients with neurological, orthopaedic and complex medical conditions in inpatient rehabilitation. I planned individualised rehabilitation programmes and supported patients toward safe discharge home.

I'm HCPC registered and registered as a Physiotherapist in Poland (PWZFz). I also supervise physiotherapy students and support junior team members, and I'm seeking a remote healthcare role where I can apply my clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and support high-quality healthcare services.
