Mahima User

I am an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with over three years' clinical experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatric, gynaecological and cardiorespiratory settings. I apply evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary approaches to improve patient outcomes.

In my current role as a First Contact Physiotherapist I independently assess and diagnose MSK conditions, develop personalised treatment plans, request and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with GPs and other professionals.

Previously, I delivered tailored interventions including post-stroke early mobilisation, women's health and pelvic rehabilitation, manual therapy, electrotherapy and telerehabilitation to support adherence and recovery. I have experience mentoring junior staff and physiotherapy students.

I am motivated by holistic patient care, injury prevention education and continuous professional development, and I seek opportunities to take on new challenges that advance clinical skills and multidisciplinary collaboration.
