At Nia Health, I own technology, product, information security, and IT across four mobile applications and hospital integrations. I delivered four product lines in parallel, including Sorea with BIG direkt gesund and clinical study apps developed with CK CARE and AbbVie.

I designed and delivered an AI machine vision integration into Charité Berlin’s hospital information system, connecting it to clinical workflows with DICOM, HL7, and PACS interoperability. I also consolidated authentication across the four apps and led ISO 27001 recertification, reducing critical container vulnerabilities by 75%.

At CoachHub, I helped scale engineering from 3 teams and 15 engineers to 15 teams and 70 engineers. I’ve also led engineering and DevOps teams at neurocat, where a cloud infrastructure analysis reduced costs by 40%.
