I've built bioinformatics projects including a Central Dogma visualization app, an NCBI nucleotide and protein sequence search app, and a Python pairwise sequence alignment tool using dynamic programming.
My work spans molecular biology and genetics, forensic DNA typing at the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority, and software development at Biz-logic Software Solutions. I also contributed to ReGO, a mobile research-paper app that won Best Project at the April 2022 omics Mentor Codeathon.
