Develops short-term response team procedures and strategies to maximize deployment resources and impact. Trains AmeriCorps Members and volunteers, and provides recommendations to senior leadership on long-term recovery programs.

Served 2,772 hours rebuilding homes destroyed by Hurricane Ida, including mucking, gutting, mold suppression, reframing, drywall, painting, and flooring. Provided training and feedback for volunteer groups and deployed to Florida for Hurricane Ian response.

Completed a full-time federal service program (1700 hours) enabling young people to make an impact on local communities through service work across the North Central Region. Served on a team of 8 members, deploying across the Midwest and facilitating team safety as safety officer.

Managed vault room operations and inventoried cash bank of $200,000. Led a staff of 2-9 people to complete daily cash reconciliation and designed a cashier profit variance tracking process. Reconciled credit card accounts across 4 systems and performed monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of 105 accounts receivable.

Bachelor of Science in Resort and Hospitality Management from Green Mountain College, graduated in June 2015.
