What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead contract lifecycle management, commercial negotiations, compliance, and process improvement in a technology-driven or B2B environment, while partnering with cross-functional teams and strengthening scalable legal and operational processes.

I've led contract operations at Digital Classifieds MMC, drafting and negotiating sales, service, purchase, SaaS, marketplace, and technology-driven commercial agreements. I strengthened compliance through company procedures, regulatory documents, contract registries, archives, tender support, and legal coordination with cross-functional teams and government authorities.

Earlier, I managed document flow, contracts, procurement, vendor relationships, administrative operations, and multilingual business correspondence at Sumgait Technologies Park, Pasha Holding, Sinteks, CATEL, and Adefon. I bring more than 10 years of commercial, legal, administrative, and process-optimization experience in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
