Juliet Davhula

I am an Invoicing and Licencing Administrator with hands-on experience in billing, credit note processing, contract management and client relations. I currently manage invoicing workflows, monthly billing, customer portal submissions and maintain pipelines for future deals.

I deliver month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and KPI inputs while using Business Central for contract and billing tasks; I also handle collections, age analysis, quoting and vendor coordination. Previously I supported warehouse and inventory operations as an Assistant Team Leader, performing stock counts, purchase order generation and inventory analysis.

I hold qualifications in cost and management accounting and logistics and am looking for a challenging role in a growing organisation where I can apply my invoicing, logistics and SHEQ experience while continuing professional development.
