What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine filmmaking and video editing with digital strategy and community growth, while supporting customers with empathy. I want projects that value creativity, measurable impact, and continuous learning.

I’m an ambitious filmmaker and digital marketer with 4+ years of experience across audiovisual production, video editing, digital strategy, and customer experience in media and entertainment.

My work blends technical craft and creative storytelling—I’ve participated in TV shows, commercials, and short films at a technical and creative level, and I’ve been involved in 20+ projects across formats. I also focus on improving audience retention through innovative video editing techniques.

Beyond filmmaking, I manage growth and communities. As a Sektor Bogotá community manager, I supervised brand creation and marketing strategy, built an organic campaign reaching 180,000+ accounts in six months, and grew followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. I also bring a strong customer-experience mindset from support roles, including SupportYourApp, where I resolved 55–100 cases per day and delivered 5000+ cases solved.
