Julian Contreras

I’m a video editor and marketing assistant who loves visual storytelling and effective communication. I’m creative, results-driven, and known for adaptability, teamwork, and fast learning in fast-paced environments.

In my work at ElectromueblesLTDA (2021–2022), I edited promotional and commercial videos for products and supported social media video content. I collaborated with the marketing team to help ensure brand consistency and effective campaign delivery.

I also bring strong customer service experience as a Customer Service Agent, where I handled customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. I provided technical and account support through chat and phone, strengthening my problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Recently, I completed the final semester of my Bachelor's degree in Arts at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, and I’m actively seeking an opportunity to contribute and grow in a creative or media-driven environment in Floridablanca.
