I’m an accomplished Senior Operations Manager / LVT with 19+ years of experience in veterinary emergency and specialty hospitals. I’m known for leading teams, aligning day-to-day operations with strategic priorities, and delivering consistent excellence in both patient care and client communication.

In my most recent role as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, I returned to general practice with a focus on preventive care, client education, and patient comfort. I provide skilled nursing care, anesthesia monitoring, dental prophylaxis, and laboratory diagnostics, and I actively apply Fear Free principles to create a calm, stress-free experience for pets and their owners.

Previously, as a Senior Operations Manager / LVT, I managed daily operations for an emergency and specialty hospital—coordinating DVM staffing and scheduling, partnering with leadership to plan and support “gold standard medicine,” and developing training programs to keep staff up to date on veterinary techniques and procedures. I also oversaw inventory management and collaborated with referring veterinarians to build collaborative care plans for patients.
