Steered and developed team leads, project managers and teams across all areas, acting as central interface between management board and operational units. Established new organizational structures and processes, supported capacity and budget planning, and ensured quality and compliance.

Continued functional leadership for project coordination team and took on a second team for early phase trials. Oversaw client management, budget and contract responsibility, and remained operationally active in project management and patient recruitment.

Independently led national and international clinical trials (Phase I–IV), coordinated cross-functional project teams, and led a project coordination team. Held budget, contract and client responsibility and managed vendors and service providers.

Supported project leadership in clinical trials, leading study start-up, site management, patient recruitment and close-out activities. Led internal projects in patient recruitment and retention and conducted quality oversight visits across Eastern Europe.

Conducted site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out for oncology studies Phase II and III. Trained and mentored junior CRAs.

Conducted monitoring of Phase II–IV oncology clinical trials and was promoted to local Clinical Trial Manager, managing national oncology trials including a large marketing-authorization trial in breast cancer. Covered drug safety, regulatory coordination, and trained and managed the CRA team.

Provided nursing care on an internal medicine ward, treating patients across a broad range of indications including oncology, cardiovascular disease, dementia and infectious disease.

Doctoral studies in Biology with several publications and conference contributions in international journals.

Diploma in Biology, equivalent to a Master of Science degree.
