At Tochka Tsvetov LLC, I documented more than 300 defects, including critical issues in order-placement and payment workflows, and tested more than 20 product releases. I tested core ordering, payment, and delivery flows across a microservice platform.
I validated REST APIs, MySQL data, and Kafka messages, and analyzed service logs in Kibana to support root-cause analysis. At Charitable Foundation “Sapfir,” I tested donation and registration forms, refined requirements with developers and designers, and coordinated test planning and defect triage.
