At Hatua Network, I manage grant pipelines, donor relationships, and reporting as Development Coordinator. I grew the funding portfolio to over $1M in three years while sustaining a 96% institutional donor retention rate across four years, supporting students through secondary education and tertiary graduation.
At AMI Worldwide International, I partnered with senior leadership on CSR and community investment initiatives, managed charitable grant programs, and coordinated sustainability reporting aligned with GRI standards. As a United States Peace Corps Community Health Volunteer in Rwanda, I developed preventative health curriculum and managed two USAID grant-funded projects with local counterparts on Nutrition and Hygiene.
