What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote e-commerce Shopify virtual assistant work where I can apply my qualifications and training, support clients accurately, maintain confidentiality, and continue improving my skills.

My background includes billing and office support at Orinda Land Corporation and Picar Development Inc., where I handled client records, invoices, contract documentation, and follow-ups. At Orinda Land Corporation, I also managed client updates and database scheduling, and coordinated maintenance for property readiness.

I’m transitioning into remote e-commerce Shopify virtual assistant work, with training in Shopify and Gorgias helpdesk management, order lookup, ticket assignment, and inbox organization. I’ve also completed a Real Estate Virtual Assistant Masterclass covering appointment scheduling, MLS listing, and secure contract workflows.
