At UST, I administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments and perform upgrades to Windows Server 2022. I validate systems before upgrades, plan rollbacks, and verify them afterward.
I create and manage virtual machines with VMware vCenter and ESXi, and maintain Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policies. I also apply monthly updates and security patches and remediate vulnerabilities.
Previously, as a NOC Engineer at Nettrans infotech, I supported enterprise network and VoIP infrastructure. I troubleshot DNS, routing, and TCP/IP connectivity issues and coordinated with ISPs and vendors during WAN outages.
