At WestCX, I define enterprise technology, transformation, and AI strategy for a PE-backed healthcare technology and customer engagement organization. I directed a roughly $14M technology P&L and deployed Glean AI and agentic AI to generate $26M in annualized savings while preserving service quality across 2,000+ accounts.
I consolidated seven legacy systems into Orchestrate, an AI-native commercial platform serving 2,000+ accounts. I also operationalized agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration capabilities with governance, cybersecurity controls, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
At West Corporation, I reduced annual infrastructure costs by about 35% by closing 27 data centers and migrating applications to the public cloud. I also helped refactor five legacy platforms into HCPro and Engage, which grew to $24M in revenue by 2022.
Earlier, at Cable & Wireless Communications, I modernized technology operations across more than 15 countries and served as Technical Integration Lead for two acquisitions. I launched cloud, security, and data center services, and led regional communications platform and IPTV rollouts.
