I’m looking to apply my licensed expertise in electoral and administrative compliance to draft enforceable resolutions, lead legal investigations, and support transparent decision-making with strong ethics and clear stakeholder communication.

I’m a licensed attorney with specialized experience in Administrative, Electoral, Constitutional, and Civil Law. At the National Electoral Council (CNE) in Colombia, I led efforts to ensure legality and transparency in political party and electoral campaign financing—authored resolutions on campaign expense reimbursement, reviewed legality of related decisions, and processed “Derechos de Petición” from citizens, candidates, and political groups.

I also centralize documentation for state resource certification and manage legal investigations and sanctions tied to the National Fund for Party and Campaign Financing (FNFP). Before that, I provided legal representation across Labor, Criminal, Civil, and Administrative Law, handling matters from document preparation through court representation and facilitating settlements through mediation and negotiation.
