I've built an independent legal practice in Chile since 2018, advising individuals and companies on civil, labor and employment, criminal, contractual, regulatory, negotiation, dispute, and litigation matters.
At Randstad's Legal Department, I managed legal matters for a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees. I reviewed employment contracts, supported payroll and HR functions, handled labor disputes and litigation, and helped ensure labor-law compliance.
I'm the founder and developer of AdEdictum, a legal CRM platform designed specifically for Chilean attorneys. I lead its product conception, legal-sector market analysis, user workflows, development, and commercialization.
I combine Chilean legal practice with software development in React, Laravel, PHP, and SQL, with particular interest in international business, foreign investment, market entry, regulatory navigation, and commercial and institutional relationships in Chile.
