What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on role where I can build and deploy backend REST APIs and real-time, event-driven features—working end-to-end from design to production—using modern stacks and collaborating in a team that values fast, reliable delivery.

I’m a final-year Systems Engineering student at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB) building backend systems, data-driven applications, and real-time platforms. I focus on designing reliable architectures and shipping practical solutions through the full development lifecycle.

In my project experience, I developed REST APIs with FastAPI and JWT-based authentication for a personal finance application, designing a PostgreSQL schema with SQLAlchemy ORM. I also deployed a full-stack app using Render and Vercel.

I’ve built real-time delivery tracking using WebSockets (Socket.io), live location updates with the Geolocation API, interactive maps with Leaflet.js, and routing with OSRM. I enjoy event-driven architecture and I’m comfortable working across system design, implementation, and deployment.
