At ALBA Proyecto Estructural, I lead structural design for Be Grand Ocean’s three 11-story residential towers, coordinating BIM work with Legorreta and Be Grand while developing constructability solutions for piles and openings.
I design reinforced-concrete and steel systems across residential, commercial, academic, and industrial projects, including foundations, shear walls, ribbed slabs, tilt-up walls, transfer slabs, and moment frames. For Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Ecosistema de Diseño, I optimized the slab and frame system to reduce costs by $500/m², generating $3.5M in savings.
I also bring site supervision and project-engineering experience from Michelin plant construction and residential works, where I improved efficiency and productivity while maintaining schedule and quality. I’m available full time for remote collaboration on US-based projects.
