I'm interested in technology and programming, and in opportunities to apply my technical and organizational skills in a professional environment.

At Nova Medical Services, I coordinate healthcare provider credentialing processes and follow up on supporting documentation. I review files and track applications, approvals, renewals, and pending items.

I communicate with providers, facilities, and internal teams to obtain missing documents and prevent credentialing delays. I also maintain credentialing trackers and databases using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.

My credentialing work includes supporting verification and documentation involving CAQH, NPDB, AHCA, Medicaid, DEA, COI, background screening, and facility requirements. I prepare follow-up emails and documentation requests in English for internal review and facility submission.

Previously, I provided technical support and performed preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment at CDM Equipos. At AMS Grupo Unión, I programmed, repaired, and supported AMI smart electrical metering networks for EPSA transformers.
