At Blue Bird Coffee, I built a parametric digital twin in Autodesk Forma Site Design, using topography, geolocation and solar orientation to compare shade and microclimate scenarios. The optimized layout raised modeled shade coverage from 29.5% to 42.2%.
I developed geolocated workflows on Autodesk Platform Services and created Agroforestry Information Modeling, a BIM-derived framework for agroforestry and forestry digital twins. The farm’s measured outcomes included a 68% reduction in coffee borer infestation and production that doubled year over year.
Previously, at ENG, I led BIM and VDC consulting engagements and frameworks used on more than 90 projects, while directing a multinational team. At Constructora Bolivar, I led enterprise BIM adoption and implemented a cloud common data environment under ISO 19650 standards.
