At Full Scale, I created the first scalable design system for an employee performance and HR platform, using reusable Figma components, variables and tokens to improve consistency and streamline design-to-development handoff. I also redesigned key workflows across internal HR, talent and learning products, including performance tracking, talent search and course review.
For a regulated property lending platform, I was the sole UI/UX designer, translating complex financing requirements into end-to-end flows and turning lengthy loan forms into a guided experience. I bring a foundation in graphic and web design, working HTML/CSS knowledge and an AI-assisted prototyping workflow using Claude, Lovable and Figma MCP.
