What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Remote Support Associate position at Remote Roles, where I can apply my communication and administrative skills.

At First Patient Engagement, I supervise daily telehealth nursing operations, patient triage, and remote patient monitoring. I coordinate virtual care workflows and support patients through calls, health education, appointment scheduling, and care coordination.

I manage electronic patient records and administrative tracking systems, and I coordinate US healthcare workflows such as patient outreach, referral processing, laboratory follow-up, and insurance verification support. I also review clinical documentation and service quality for adherence to HIPAA privacy protocols.

Previously, I delivered nursing and midwifery care at Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) Jubilee, and supported patient care and clinical documentation as a Registered Nurse Intern at Osun State Hospital Management Board. I’m seeking a Remote Support Associate position at Remote Roles.
