Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong competence in utilizing eClinicalWorks (ECWs) and other electronic health record (EHR) systems, focusing on optimizing patient outcomes. I have attended to the needs of over 300 patients as a Telehealth Nurse, managing Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Patient Remote Monitoring (RPM) effectively.
