What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and deploy NLP and forecasting models and turn data into self-serve analytics dashboards that business teams can use daily.

I built and deployed NLP sentiment analysis models on large customer feedback datasets using NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, and scikit-learn, turning unstructured text into actionable insights for the customer experience team. I also developed and deployed an NLP-powered chatbot to automate first-line support responses with more consistent handling.

On top of modeling, I designed SQL ETL pipelines and built interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards used daily by 50–60 stakeholders. I’ve also worked on time-series forecasting, ran A/B tests to guide iterations, and used OpenCV plus PyTesseract to extract information from scanned documents.
