In my most recent role, I led end-to-end production across multiple platforms, managed and mentored writers, editors, designers, and photographers (5–8 creatives), and streamlined workflows to improve turnaround time and consistency. I coordinated simultaneous content pipelines, delivering 5–10 projects monthly under tight deadlines, while ensuring content met brand, editorial, and platform standards.

Earlier, I managed documentary and reality TV production logistics for crews of 10+, translated creative direction into executable plans and deliverables, and managed budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency. I also bring hands-on operational support experience—maintaining CRM and structured reporting—so teams stay organized, accountable, and focused on measurable engagement.
