Joyce Agolue

I am a Pharm.D. candidate at the University of North Texas Health Science Center with hands-on pharmacy experience and a background in biology and chemistry. I have worked as a pharmacy technician trainee and completed multiple pharmacy rotations, developing clinical skills in prescription processing, medication labeling, and patient counseling.

My professional history includes investigations and communications in an insurance environment where I evaluated claims, determined coverage and liability, and coordinated with medical providers and repair shops to resolve cases efficiently. I combine strong communication and organizational skills with clinical training to support safe medication use and patient care.

I am active in campus and professional organizations, holding leadership roles focused on mental wellness and student advocacy, and maintain certifications including BLS and State Pharmacy Intern licensure. I seek opportunities to contribute to patient-centered pharmacy practice and grow clinically.
