I deliver comprehensive family nurse practitioner care across the lifespan in telehealth, office, and home settings. I currently provide remote clinical care management at Lumina Care and adult and pediatric house calls in Nassau County.

My work includes thorough health assessments, preventive care, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, diagnostic test interpretation, medication management, and individualized care planning.

Previously, I served as Primary Care Provider at Main Street Care and Director of Medical Services at Helen Keller National Center. I also provided house-call, office, and urgent care services with Jefferson-Kennedy Health Alliance and Primary Home Care House Calls.

I bring experience in EHR documentation, remote patient monitoring, care coordination, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, budget management, and supervision.
