During my time at OBO Technology, I acquired hands-on experience in software testing, developing and maintaining detailed testing documentation, including test cases, procedures, and outcome reports. I collaborated with development teams to communicate defects found during QA testing phases and conducted comprehensive software testing, including non-functional, system, and regression tests, to identify bugs and ensure software reliability.

I utilized tools like JIRA for bug tracking and project management, streamlining communication and task allocation within the testing team. My educational background in Information Technology has equipped me with the necessary skills to analyze user feedback post-release and suggest improvements to enhance user understanding and adoption.
