Josue Carrero
@josuecarrero
I build automated data pipelines and analytical workflows from complex datasets using Python, SQL, R, and AWS.
What I'm looking for
I've built end-to-end data pipelines and automated analytical workflows for the Quantum Materials Group at Universidad de los Andes, processing and cleaning large experimental datasets with Python.
I designed ETL routines for diffraction data, developed interactive visualizations and reports for interdisciplinary teams, and strengthened data integrity through Git-based version control and structured documentation. My thesis extends this work through a crystallographic data analytics platform covering ingestion, transformation, statistical analysis, and reporting.
I'm a physics graduate applying rigorous statistical thinking, data governance principles, and cloud data skills in AWS to support data-informed decisions in a high-growth fintech environment.
