I'm looking for a remote role supporting Web3, crypto, or technology partners through onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvement, where I can bridge technical teams and customers across time zones.

At Switchain, I was the lead support contact for institutional wallet and exchange partners, including Exodus Movement. I guided integrations, resolved swap, transaction, and API issues, and maintained a 100% resolution rate across roughly 15 daily partner tickets.

I also co-founded The Beacon, leading Discord community operations, public communications, partner collaborations, and campaign copy for a Web3 gaming project. I bring bilingual Spanish-English communication, technical troubleshooting, and experience turning partner feedback into better support processes.
