Josiah Seeman

I’m a self-motivated, hard-working, and flexible video content creator who pursues aesthetic quality, efficiency, and excellence in every project. I focus on incorporating the input of my team and key stakeholders in a timely manner so the result is engaging content.

As a Video Editor Intern for Precision Social, I created compelling short-form video content from creative brief to finished product for various clients. I implemented unique stylistic and coverage needs based on direct feedback, while managing multiple timelines, projects, and clients to deliver visuals on time.

At Taylor University’s Media Services, I filmed and edited various campus programs for on-campus/online distribution, consistently achieving finished products on or before shifting deadlines. In the Film Department, I also worked as an Assistant Engineer, creating and maintaining camera and editing systems and completing tasks trusted by supervisors without direct instruction.

I’ve learned to work in tandem with a team to complete multiple projects simultaneously, including through industry software workflows. My toolkit includes Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, AVID Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve, along with communication and project tools like Slack and Asana.
