What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end engineering for LLM-powered, healthcare-grade platforms—designing scalable backend and full-stack systems with strong observability, secure APIs, and production reliability.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 8 years of experience building scalable distributed systems, AI-driven platforms, and high-performance web applications in healthcare. I focus on AI-powered systems, LLM-based capabilities, and full-stack engineering that ships reliably in production.

At Tempus AI, I led development of an AI-driven Healthcare Platform—designing scalable AI workflow orchestration runtimes and SDKs using Node.js and TypeScript (Cloudflare Workers + React/Next.js). I also architected enterprise-grade AI workflow orchestration and clinical decision-support systems, standardizing automation frameworks that reduced manual clinical review workload and improved care processing latency.

I designed a secure, domain-driven API layer (REST and GraphQL) to unify fragmented healthcare systems (EHR, lab, pharmacy, claims, and patient records) into a standardized interoperability platform. I also led integration strategy for LLM-based systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) via a centralized AI gateway, enabling reusable clinical summarization, risk scoring, and recommendation services.

Across services, I’ve built real-time streaming architectures and large-scale data pipelines—using Kafka and WebSockets for event processing and Python on Databricks and Spark for processing millions of patient records. I own cloud architecture on AWS with Kubernetes-based deployment standards, enforce HIPAA-compliant operations, and strengthen observability using metrics/logging/tracing practices.
