I seek roles applying data governance, automation and analytics in regulated environments where I can build dashboards, drive compliance, and influence HR/finance decisions.

I am a data analyst experienced in data governance, reporting automation, and advanced analytics within highly regulated environments. I have led large-scale projects across Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Fusion, using SQL, HDL scripting, Power BI and Excel to deliver auditable migrations, retention analytics, and workforce and financial reporting that improved compliance and reduced costs.

I collaborate closely with directors, managers and compliance teams to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and scenario models that inform HR and finance decisions.
