Serves as a regional logistics driver and navigator, coordinating with drivers and dispatch to execute on-time food-service deliveries. Maintains active DOT medical certification and supports safe operations, food safety/temperature control, trip planning, and discrepancy resolution.

Provides residential and commercial lawn care with an emphasis on clean edges, efficient service, and property respect. Performs mowing and trimming and applies lawn treatments such as overseeding, fertilizing, and weed control using professional equipment.

Worked in patrol and later in the Criminal Interdiction and Vice/Narcotics units conducting complex criminal investigations. Managed narcotics detection K9 responsibilities and prepared detailed reports, drafted/executed search warrants and court orders, and conducted suspect interviews with interagency coordination.

Delivered automotive parts to commercial accounts in a timely manner and supported in-store customer assistance. Helped troubleshoot vehicle-related issues and assisted customers with purchasing auto parts.

Handled daily cash deposits and managed cash-handling processes, including armor car service with deposit turnovers. Managed cashiers, handled customer service issues, and supported other departments as needed.

Attended a pre-licensing class for Property Insurance and Casualty Insurance in April 2023 and passed the pre-licensing tests. An adjuster license was issued by the North Carolina Department of Insurance.

Completed law enforcement education coursework at Randolph Community College from 2009 to 2010. Education noted as “Law Enforcement (High school diploma)”.
