I've built more than 17 years of healthcare experience across emergency departments, outpatient surgery, clinical research, hospital practice, and community care. My progression from Personal Support Worker to Registered Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse informs my commitment to compassionate education, sound clinical judgment, inclusive care, and better health outcomes.
