I am an Associate in real estate investment with hands-on experience managing a publicly listed global REIT and executing high-profile financings and acquisitions across multiple geographies.

At JR Asset Management I deployed equity and structured over $1.1 billion of debt, led stakeholder relationships with 20+ global partners, and was promoted rapidly from Analyst to Associate as the only junior staff to do so in my first year.

My transaction work includes leading a $600M office refinancing—engaging 70+ lenders, building multi-scenario models, negotiating term sheets, and collaborating with ESG and technical advisors—and supporting a $300M, 49.9% equity acquisition in New York where I structured capital-raising and updated DCF and NOI models to validate returns.

I bring cross-border research experience from Savills and Daiwa, strong financial modeling and capital markets skills, multilingual capabilities, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, Bloomberg, FactSet, Argus and other industry tools to drive disciplined investment decisions and execution.
