I’m a result-driven and highly motivated professional with a Business Management Diploma from the College of Cape Town. I work effectively in team settings and individually, with a strong background in general labour, packaging, and sorting across various industries.

In delivery and logistics, I efficiently picked up packages for drop-off at depo and ensured timely, accurate delivery to customers. I also coordinated physical and digital record organization to streamline office operations, and maintained accurate stock levels through regular inventory audits while supporting day-to-day operations with quality control. Earlier roles in general labour included safely offloading and delivering steel products to customers while contributing to a smooth customer experience, and supporting multiple trades areas as part of broader site work.

I bring strong administrative support skills, including managing schedules, data entry, record keeping, and documentation, with a high level of attention to detail in transactions and inventory management. I’m proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook, and CRM tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot, and I’m especially proud of my customer service excellence—problem-solving, communication in English and Afrikaans, and consistent reliability.
