I have managed $100M+ in annual procurement spend, directed multi-continent sourcing networks, and led continuity efforts during high-risk disruptions such as COVID-19 to minimize stockouts and control freight costs.

My strengths include establishing S&OP/IBP processes, implementing ERP and planning systems (including SAP), and creating KPI-driven dashboards to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and cross-functional decision-making.
