What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote roles where I can modernize platforms, raise DevOps maturity, lead engineering teams through measurable outcomes, and enable AI-native ways of working in commerce or supply-chain environments.

At Cart.com, I led a 15-person engineering and QA organization supporting commerce, order orchestration, and fulfillment across 19 facilities. I modernized platforms through CI/CD, automated testing, production reliability, and DORA-style delivery metrics.

I built Cart.com's production-support and incident-response function from scratch following a post-acquisition integration, including monitoring, on-call practices, and playbooks still in use. I was promoted to Director within my first year and drove AI-native development adoption with agentic workflows and MCP-based tooling, increasing throughput by about 105% without increasing headcount.

Previously at Snowfall Technologies, I architected and shipped a greenfield enterprise platform in Python on AWS, using distributed workers, queues, retries, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL. I helped onboard 14 enterprise clients in 24 months and reduced deployment time from roughly three months to six weeks through reusable patterns.
