I analyzed production costs involving raw materials, yield, scrap and scale losses, power, and natural gas. I also supported monthly costing by collecting and validating operational and financial data from plant records, Stores, Tally, and Oracle ERP.
I performed material balancing, stock reconciliation, and yield analysis, and monitored utility costs for manufacturing-cost analysis. I also supported stock verification, operational audits, and investigation of production variances.
Alongside costing and MIS work, I administered biometric attendance and supported payroll preparation, HR documentation, and expatriate permit processes. I provided basic IT support and helped colleagues with Excel and reporting procedures.
