At BioSTL, I evaluate roughly 100 AgTech and AgriFood companies each year and advise selected founders on R&D strategy, field validation, data analysis, market positioning, and commercialization.

I lead the Innovation Testbed and Early Adopter Grower Community, connecting technologies, growers, and industry partners to generate real-world evidence for product development and scale. I also expand testing and market-access opportunities for global AgTech companies in the U.S., Brazil, and Argentina.

Previously at Farmers Business Network, I led breeding, product development, and on-farm R&D teams while directing approximately $10M in research investment. I launched dozens of commercial corn and canola hybrids, built partnerships with 40+ global companies, and led a large-scale external innovation platform focused on technology validation.

My work at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto combined plant breeding, genetics, field experimentation, predictive analytics, and product development across major crops. I bring 20+ years of experience translating science, technology, field data, and market insight into portfolio and commercialization decisions.
